opens at Wyoming Valley West High School Thursday April 6! áThere are three performances: April 6, 7 & 8 all at 7:00 p.m. in the auditorium on the Munson Wing for the Performing Arts at Wyoming Valley West High School.

"Gypsy" Practice

Recently members of the cast of this year's musical show, "Gypsy," recorded anáinterview at WVIA studios in Pittston.á It will beáaired on 89.9 FM WVIA public radio Sunday, April 2 at 4 p.m.á The cast performed the songs "Some People" and "Together Wherever We Go" and were interviewed along with the director, Paul Winiarski.á Music director, Bernard Gardzalla provided the live accompaniment for the taping.á" Gypsy," which is based on the memoirs of Gypsy Rose Lee, opens in the high school auditorium April 6, which is senior citizens night, and will closeáon April 8.á Showtime is 7 P.M. each evening.

2017 PA Community on Transition Conference

The primary purpose of this conference is to expand the capacity of schools, agencies
and communities, in partnership with youth, young adults and families, in promoting the
successful transition of youth/young adults with disabilities to post-school outcomes of
employment, post-secondary education and training, community participation and healthy
lifestyles. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about effective practices to assist
youth/young adults with disabilities to explore possibilities, take advantage of their
opportunities, and actively advocate for their future.

Crossing Guards Needed - Edwardsville

The Municipality of Kingston is seeking applicants for School Crossing Guards. áApplications for the positions are available at the Kingston Municipal Building, 500 Wyoming Avenue, Kingston, Pennsylvania 18704, and also under Employment Opportunities at www.kingstonpa.org. áHours average 2-3 hours per day at $10 per hour.
